How do I book my product in for a repair?

What will happen after I book my electronic item in for repair?

  1. We will either arrange a pick up time or send you a free postage label. Alternatively you can drop the item at our repair centre inĀ London.
  2. The fault will be diagnosed by one of our experienced technicians.
  3. You will then be contacted via telephone or email with a price and a time scale for the repair to be completed in.
  4. If at this stage you wish to cancel, the product will be returned to you free of charge.
  5. If you wish to continue we will fix the item within the agreed time scale.
  6. finally we will arrange for the payment to be taken and for the item to be wither delivered to you or posted back to you.

How do I leave feedback?
